Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All online purchases will be posted within 48 hours of your order being placed. All orders within Australia will be posted using Australia Post with your tracking number being emailed to you when your order has been sent. Within Australia, we offer a flat rate of $10.00 standard shipping, free standard shipping for orders over $150.

All Australian online orders via standard shipping are anticipated to be delivered within 4-7 business days for QLD, VIC, NSW and 7- 10 business days for SA, WA, TAS.

Soulful by Mel Gadd will not be liable to replace or refund the items if they have gone missing after Australia post has stated the item is in transit.

If there are any delays extending beyond our estimated delivery times, they may be attributed to carrier issues. Soulful By Mel Gadd cannot assume responsibility for such delays. Please reach out to Australia Post directly for assistance, as delivery times are beyond our control once the parcel has been shipped.

We take extreme care in packing your order however understand that errors may sometimes occur.

All returns must have proof of purchase together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging. Please note that we do not exchange products for a change of mind.
